We've received a term sheet from another nonprofit organization that would like to gain a license to our software in exchange for royalties and other investments in our organization. We need help with: 1.) Reviewing this term sheet 2.) Reviewing the final set of legal documents after the term sheet has been signed 3.) Communicating and negotiating with the other nonprofit org's legal team as they draft up the legal documents
