The Democracy Legal Defense Network will connect lawyers with nonprofits to provide year-round support defending democracy, from educating voters on their rights at the polls and protecting voting rights to fighting voter suppression tactics and supporting local election officials. Lawyers of all ages, experience levels, backgrounds, locations, and expertise can volunteer with the Democracy Legal Defense Network to protect and strengthen our elections year-round. This election season, defending our democracy is more important than ever, and there is a role for any lawyer wanting to get involved. November may feel far away, but the work starts right now.
