Review & Update Privacy Policy for Community Nonprofit

Ensure proper privacy protection for a nonprofit who uses personal data for our programs.

We would like our current privacy notice to be reviewed, edited and customized as needed. A legal template generator was used to create it originally so we are not sure if it is correct. Our organization, the CommunityImpactFund.org, partners with companies and organizations to help their employees apply for interest-free emergency assistance loans from a fund set up by each organization on behalf of their employees. We (CIF) are the loan administrators so we require personal data such as linked bank accounts, W2 and tax statements, and Credit Report access in order to execute the loan process.This is our current notice that we wish to have reviewed: https://communityimpactfund.org/privacy-notice/
